:: 25 Dec Carolling at Orchard Road ::

Dear Shomerim,

Christmas is round the corner again. It is a good time for us to share the wonderful love of our God by sending the Lord Jesus into this world some 2000 years ago. God willing, we will be going down to Orchard Road for carolling on 25 Dec (Tue) like previous years. We will be singing carols which reminds us and the people around us that Christmas is all about commemorating the Lord Jesus' birth. And our mission for that day is to pass the gospel tracts to passers-by. I pray and hope that all of us who can make it on that day will come and sing for the Lord and help to give out tracts.

I would need guitarists to take turns to play on that day. So for those who can play the guitar, please do not reject me when I approach you to play.. =) Can also start practising for the event.. =)

Also, I need your help for the venue. I went to recce the place on Monday with my sis. The area outside Somerset MRT where we usually stand is blocked by constructions. The only place we can stand at is in front of Wisma Atria where we did our carolling years back. However, they are also setting up some tents opposite that area. If people stop to listen to us, it may block the traffic slightly. But I think that will still be the tentative place we will station ourselves cos we are not really blocking the traffic. Or do u think I shld search for another place? Do you guys have any other ideas? Do give me your ideas and comments by leaving your comments, sms or email.

Also, pray for good weather for that day and for people's hearts to be softened to receive the tracts. Thanks! =)
