:: buddy on earth and buddy for life... ::

In sispec, we were taught about buddy system. Basically, we were expected to look after each other and ensure each other's equipment. To the extent of him calling me to accompany him to the toilet in the middle of night. What if his rifle's part went missing? "Buddy, we are buddies right? Share 12 0 6 leh.."

In the humanitarian aspect, a buddy system seeks to remind us about humanity. It seeks to remind us that we are, after all, human. How about the Spiritual aspect of a born-again Christian? No doubt, it seeks to remind us that we are, after all, children of God.

We are so caught-up with our rat-race or studies. As a matter of fact, we need someone on earth to remind and prompt us to steer our wheels back to God. Am I my brother's keeper? Definitely, Yes!

I hope to bring a message across. The buddy system is a good system to remind us of God's Word, "Am I my brother's keeper?" Oftentimes, I feel guilty for not looking after my buddy. Or even to call him, I fail to do so. Being busy with studies is surely an excuse. I really pray that we can remind each other and work towards our common goal; the chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. Who got this wrong for your RPG quiz? :)
