:: Heart Preparation for Camp ::

Dear all Tabernacle folks, as we are approaching Church Camp, what will be your present state of mind toward this camp? Are you looking forward to it or just dread that this is just another church camp? Our daily life has been passing by so swiftly without notice and non-stop activities had never failed to catch us up in the rat-race. Have we develop a harden heart that is “hard of hearing” to the calling of our Holy Spirit within us?

We ought to be thankful that God gives us this camp with a group of bible believing Christians in a cozy warm fellowship. Some Christians at the other parts of the world may not even have a proper Church like us, how can they hope for a camp? On the other hand, we do have some members being not able to make it for this "annual family retreat", we shall uphold with each other in prayers.

Just like making heart preparation for the Holy Communion, we have to also prepare our heart well before the start of the camp. Are you ready to receive His Pure Words, so as to impact your lives profoundly. Are you ready for the convicting and working of His Holy Spirit in your heart? We believe all of us will desire for a spiritual revival for our souls (whom are like unto the dry bones in Ezekiel 37), so let's cleanse our mind to "hear" His Voices. Let His Hand work in and through everyone of us.

The arm of the flesh will fail; but if it is of the Spirit, it will prevail. Let God do what is right in His own time.
