Small note: Pastor mentioned in his Easter message, â€œIf each one take care of our hearts, the church is aliveâ€�. Similarly, if each one in Shomerim, takes care and do their daily devotion, then Shomerim will stay alive. May we not be the first to resurrect at the 2 nd coming of the Lord! =p (if u remember the joke Pastor mentioned).

:: Logistics Team ::

I have been asking around for helpers in logistic for the past few weeks, some have willingly agreed, which is quite encouraging. As this has not been formalized and do not know where else to discuss, so I like to park at Shomerim’s blog to solicit helpers. From the list of things to be taken care of below, I believe a lot of volunteers are needed.

Duration: Every Sunday Church Worship Service and any Special Service

Aircons
Banners
Bells
Chairs arrangement
Covering of Drum Sets
Drinks
Fans & Lightings
Hymn Books
Hymn No & Offering Boards
Microphone & PA System
Notice Board
Projectors
Tracts & Handbills Table
Van Driving

I require some degree of commitment from the volunteers when they had decided to serve in this area, please pray and be sure of your decision.
As the services span around the church, it is difficult to have full attention to every detail, so I will like to designate one team member in-charge of at least one responsibility.
We will adopt buddy system for each member, so that in events of the main I/C’s absence, the buddy will ensure things that need to be setup.
Some areas may need more hands, everyone are encouraged to help each other out when theirs are accomplished.

Name of agreed helpers: Billy, Boon Hao, Daniel, Desmond, Edmund, Tengyan, Caleb, Twin Hao's.

As this requires some determination & commitment from the volunteer, I will only put the names of those who have agreed. Please put your name in the comments if you like to help, I will add them in, thanks.
