:: My 1st Teacher's Day ::

Well, i noe this is like more than 1 mth late...but well, its indeed a very memorable day for me!

Was suppose to put up a dance item together with my fellow colleagues ( Theme is Bollywood. So yes, Its a Indian dance item;p) but well, I sprain my ankle and fracture my tailbone....so cant dance!!!!!=( sianz.....so much for the practices i went thru..

wasnt expecting anything from my girls since i dun teach anything at all except how to behave like responsible 'adults'......respect, sense of responsibility and to WAKE UP, behave like a GOLD band!!! But nonetheless, my girls were so sweet...heehee...I got a pair of drumsticks (the ones use to play a drum set) from my percussion band with my name artistically written on it and the whole band's signature, a potato salad from my angklung band 2nd vice president, a box of precious moments sweets from my performing arts council. =) They made my day.

After the concert, all the teachers were transported to a lovely restuarant The Legends at Fort Canning....silly place, got sooooooooooo many stairs and it was raining cats and dogs! Anyway, we had delicious food, accompanied with excellent "Live" music by Jessica Su and of cos games and many GREAt prizes for all the staff(1st prize was a trip for 2 to Bangkok, free hotel stay and $600 worth of airfare!)! We had the balloon man too, who made many cute and beautiful balloons for us. There was spongebox, elmo, hello kitty, penguins, bugs bunny and the list goes on....all this thks to the wonderful CCEs (Canossian Co-educators aka parent volunteers). We had fun games (dancing to Bollywood music and dressing up the male teachers). We of cos haf the best dress staff(Only 3 was chosen) and to my surprise, I was one of them! lolx....
