Small note: Pastor mentioned in his Easter message, “If each one take care of our hearts, the church is alive�. Similarly, if each one in Shomerim, takes care and do their daily devotion, then Shomerim will stay alive. :: Kelong Trip ::

Point 1
This coming Saturday 29/4/2006, we will be going to the Kelong. As the kelong is located in east Malaysia, we do need a PASSPORT(with six months vadility) to get there!
(SAF Guys, please apply for exit permit too)
Point 2 (Details of the Kelong)
We will meet at 1545 SHARP at Changi Jetty. (Pulua Ubi Jetty) The boat will leave promtly at 4 pm sharp. Therefore LATECOMERS will be also known as absentees for this event.
The Journey will be about 1.45 hrs so appx time we will be reaching will be about 6pm. Depending on our stomach condition, we will either have dinner first or a short exhortation/singing session/games/sharing. Well.. base on what happen at desmond house last week, i guess it will be dinner first.
Some activities we can do during our free time in the kelong
FISHING/star gazing/Singing Session/Sharing/throwing edmund and jj into the sea? haha!
But do take note, as the next day is Worship Sunday, I'm advised to advised all of you to have an early night like 3am? Thats pretty early!
Morning will start at 7 am and we will be leaving the kelong between 8-9am after breakfast and will be back at singapore lastest 11 am
Point 3 (wad to bring?)
Not first time going overseas right? water bottle, 1-2 day clothes ( I will bring 3 days la) (Edmund, jj do bring more) , song book( if you have) fishing access if going fishing, telescope if doing star gazing? Common sense la.. Hor? (p.s there can bathe also)

Point 4 ( Evangelism Session)
There will be a Evangelism Session (29.4.2006) for the upcoming 1st of May Chinese Gospel meeting at Chai Chee area at 1300. As this is regualr Shomerim's meeting, attendance is taken. Please do come and invite ple for this Gospel meeting.
Some INCENTIVES for those who did not come for the gospel meeting and appear for the kelong.
Help to carry lugagges? Help to clean up in the kelong? List is not exhuasted, More to be added when situations arises. Bascially first to suffer, last to enjoy.
