:: thoughts after reading FOM ::

a.mee2 passed me their series of newsletter (Fishers of Men) yesterday and i was reading them. it's so sweet and inspiring to read about their growth and activities. the newsletters are like chronicles of events, recording the impt milestones of their fellowship group and individuals. read bout the farewell letter by u.j and a.mee2 before leaving for UK, the a.mee's pregancy, utb and shoon's wedding and more..

dun you like to have a chronicle of shomerim events? wouldn't you want to pen down all the blessings and each step we are taking now and how the Lord has helped us? i'm sure that years down the road, we will love to have reminiscence about shomerim? personally, i think it's nice to keep a log, a 'diary', to remind ourselves next time or even to organise thougths. of cos i am not imposing my preference to you .. just sharing.

you know smth? i have always wanted shomerim blog to be a place where sharings/articles/thoughts flow and exchange. like a speakers' corner for us to share our views. and more importantly, a sharing ground, for us to update and logged our growth and thoughts and lives. that one day, next time, we can look back and see how much we have grown, (or how stagnant have we been?haha)

okie.. not trying to promote blog here. just want to share my joy reading FOM. wish we have somethign like that too.. in fact, we can have.. we have our shomerim newsletter upcoming? i am sure nicole(our editor in chief) will love to have more testimonies and articles.. !
