I really want to thank God for the Tioman trip i went from the 7/5-9/5.For the safety,company and a refreshing time away from s'pore.Its a break i desperately need....Its amazing how i ended up going....its was the 1st time i go overseas without any family members or church frens!was abit scared at 1st as the whole grp of us, consisting of 7 ppl(6gals and 1guy), i only noe 2ppl.But well, the company i have turn out to be great!the 7 of us, better now known as A1 A2(for the ppl in tioman cos tts our rm no.) and C7(crazy 7)....lolx.....

6.30am Meet at Orchard Duty Free shopping centre for our coach.meet my new frens for the 1st time.the journey started with the usuals, customs and all.

Initailly, we tried to catch some sleep but after our 1st rest stop, we haf non stop chit chatting till the jetty. Its also at the 1st rest stop where i made new frens cos i help them take pix...;) they are Jason and Gigi from NUS mechantronics and building respectively.anyway, they were on the trip to celebrate their 5yr courtship anniversary, and yep, it was a surprise trip from Jason.

10.30am- 11am We reached the Jetty.bought some drinks,goodies,cup noodles. Surprise fact: the Jetty toilet has NO WATER!my goodness...its as gd as not having a toilet man.....more chatting with Jason and Gigi.

12pm On board the ferry. It was the worst sea journey i've EVER taken with soooooo many rowdy malay guys(workers from some other resorts on Tioman), i almost vomited.we watched a Jacky Chan's movie for the rest of the journey.

1.30pm(ard der)Reach Tioman. Finally some fresh air.

What capture my attention was the high mountains i saw. the view was a refreshing change from the flats in s'pore. and how can i forget, the crystal clear sea!the place where we stay has the beautiful sea view!=)After putting down our bags, we went 1st to find the waterfall....a trekking trip 1st tho b4 we hear some sounds of the water.
After rolling up our shorts, we step into the cold water of the fall...we were dry at 1st until John(my frens bf) started a water fight! Then we proceed on to the sea! more water fight and picking of sea shells.=)and some of them went kayaking too....guess wad?they rented the kayaks from the ice kachang man!

7.30pm Dinner time!

BBQ Buffet dinner with yes, the company of the animal shuhui hate most!Out of the 6gals, 5gals(inclu me) are afraid of cats!so u can imagine screams at every meal on top of bouts of laughter.

10.30pm Daily devotion for me and bedtime

Finally a quiet moment with the Lord as I search His words in Isaiah and Romans. Bedtime with the company of the sounds of sea waves..sigh...this is life...=)
