A popular Psalm to share:

Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. (Psalm 127:1-2)

In all things that we do, we may expect certain things to be achievable, or hoping things to turn out as what we "like" to see. However, everytime the outcome is always fall short of our expectations. Why is this so?

Not that I have never put in effort to do it? I spent the whole night to prepare the neccessary steps and procedures. Now I am still feeling lagged after my sleepless night.

Not that my team members aren't helpful. They are most excited about this initiative, except some are reluctant to commit.

For many times, when I commit it to our Lord, let Him lead the matter. I start to feel less stressed, and able to view the matter with an objective mind. It is His will for the matter to fail or succeed, it is really up to Him. I have tried, many times, all in vain. What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun? (Ecclesiastes 1:3)

That's about letting go and let God leads. Please start to pray and ask from Him. He will grant all your desire in His will. Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. (Psalm 37:4)
