    Small note: Pastor mentioned in his Easter message, “If each one take care of our hearts, the church is alive. Similarly, if each one in Shomerim, takes care and do their daily devotion, then Shomerim will stay alive. May we not be the first to resurrect at the 2 nd coming of the Lord! =p (if u remember the joke Pastor mentioned).

    :: Continue... ::

    Actually, I had a good talk with Rev. Dohar. Like friends to friends talking.. And he shared, "Except God build the house, man has laboured in vain". (Errmm.. Don't mean to challenge Uncle Teck Beng's article below, just happen that you are also touched by that Psalm.. I also..) He had a different interpretation, that except God build the house (Family), the couples will be labouring in vain. At first, I was abit dogmatic, and was ready for a small debate. But as I listen, his interpretation is very right. And he continued..

    If a couple does not experience the love of Christ, den that person will not love the other with the love of Christ. He said that on this earth there is unconditional love, because Christ has shown it on earth. And I find it so true. Let's get abit personal..

    Except the Lord build the house (relationship), I and my partner will be labouring in vain. I always hope to know what is true love.. so that I may show to my partner. True love is to love unconditionally.. and this is what I truly wants to show to her. She has taken the step to be my partner, and one day life partner, and has truly sacrifice alot for it. Somemore, she's those type of very good in submitting to the other. And I told myself, I want to show her true love. I know there are hurts and pains, so much more that a relationship is like a tissue, can be easily broken. But interestingly, with the Lord's hand and guidance, with His unconditional love, I manage to show her unconditional love, even though there are great hurts and pains.

    Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, have you know the love of Christ that is unconditional. Remember how Christ is willing to hear our prayer even though we commit small and great sins? He still loves us, and gives us an hearing ear. Is not this unconditional love? And is not this, what we need to show to our partner? Even though another may be wrong to us, but an unconditional loving heart is something, which non-christians can never experience it. And it is something, which melts the broken pieces of metals, and join it together with water cooling it down. The result is hard, and no more broken but firmly joined together.

    Some may have partner and some may have life partner already, but an unique relationship is only when there is unconditional love. And if the relationship has it, this relationship will be very very wonderful.. so sweet.. which I'm experiencing it now.. :D God bless!
